I'm almost sorry to put this on my website but I have to. We witnessed a terrible thing here in Carricou (Island off of Grenada) that we just can't sit back and hold in. They are torturing turtles here. Locals watching. They capture turtles and let them bake in the hot sun on their backs, all day, until they are dead. If you can refer anyone to this site that might have the resources or connections to stop this, or publicize this, please do.
We witnessed this at about 11 AM on February 28, 2008. We returned around 5 PM to see they were pretty much dead in the same places. It's now on YouTube.com as well. Anyone that can get this out there, please do.
